What if I want to cancel my order? Or add a product to my order after it has already been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to add, remove, substitute, or change any items in an order once it has been placed in the system. However, we may cancel the order upon request and issue a refund (which will take about 3-5 business days to process and appear on your statement). Once this is done, you can place a new order with any desired changes.

Please note: shipping time is dependent on when this new order is placed and may adjust accordingly
